From campsite with full load. Good pics on Mheadhoin by another walker, had to wade river at head of Loch Avon. Cold and windy on Bynack More and long walk back in to Glenmore Lodge. Paddles conference so ate in van. Tired. Sauna at Hilton next day and shopped in Avimore.
