Stayed overnight at Knockan Crag - beautiful spot. Up onto hill, low cloud and some drizzle - worrying but cloud lifted during day and nice views. Windy ++ at top. Detour to visit caves and quick dip in river. Went on for overnight stop at grid NC 172 262. Beautiful views of Quinag et al
