Distance: 13km | Elevation: 1000m
Nice leisurely pace for me day after Half-X. Up Striding edge. Alfie and I were especially taken by the memorial to Charles Cough, who died in a fall there in 1805, and his dog 'foxie' who waited by his skeleton. We have discussed and agreed. If I go first - Alfie can do whatever is necessary to survive. If it's him, he has consent to be taxidermined, and continue to be poised for lovely pictures in the hills.
