Distance: 13.3km | Elevation: 1000m
Alfie was somewhat anxious about this one. I had told him about the caves but had confidently assured him there were no live bears - only bones. Overnight at Knockan Crag to drive up and park. Alfie enjoyed the walk but became very perturbed about a presence at the cave. It took some explaining to calm his barking. Interesting caves and the path felt exposed in the high winds. Continued uneventfully to the hill top - stunning day with beautiful views of the island mountains of Assynt. Enough snow to Glissade, which made for a fun decent for me - Alfie can't master it.
