Short drive round to Elgol after the Garbh-bheinn walk. Expected it to be busy, but managed to find a good spot to leave the van. Chatted to helpful Misty Isle cruises, explained I would return for my van within 2 days - but if not..... Pumped up and headed off. Beautiful calm crossing of Loch Scavaig.
